All Day Passes/Table sales are final and nonrefundable.
Guests must arrive on time for guaranteed entry (Daytime Check-in 10am - 11:30am & Nightclub Check-in 9:00pm - 11:00pm) If you arrive after set time Secret’s Hideaway reserves the right to re-sell your table. We will do our best to accommodate your party based on availability.
Table placement will be determined upon arrival. Table location or placement is subject to change without notice.
A personal Host escort will be provided for you at entry. An exceptional Host and Service Team will be provided to tend to your needs throughout your experience.
The host must be present in order for guests to check into the table, we do not allow party members to check in on behalf of the cardholder. We encourage all guests to arrive together. We will require a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.

Minimums spend – all table reservations will be required to meet a certain table minimum amount (the “Minimum Spend”) will be communicated to the guest when the reservation is booked. Only Bottles purchases and beer (if applicable) will be applied toward the Minimum Spend, does not include applicable tax, venue fees or gratuity. Mixers (aside from energy drinks and bottled water) are included.
Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to 12pm EST on the reservation date will result in a forfeiture of booking fees.
All guests must be at least 21 years of age with a valid government issued ID to be presented at the door. Photos, copies or paper identification will not be accepted.
Venue reserves the right to deny access into the venue due to capacity restrictions.
Venue reserves the right to deny access into the venue if the guest is out of dress code.
SECRET’S HIDEAWAY has a Zero Tolerance Policy. All personal belongings, bags, purses and backpacks will be searched at entry. No outside food or beverage will be allowed. SECRET’S HIDEAWAY Management reserves the right to make the final decision on any items restricted from entry to ensure the safety of all guests.
SECRET’S HIDEAWAY operates rain or shine. Refunds will not be given due to inclement weather conditions. The cancellation policy stands with no regard to weather.
