Thank you for booking with us! We’re thrilled to host you for a truly magical experience at Apres Golf 2026. Below are the essentials to make your night smooth and unforgettable.

🌟 Your Reservation – Quick Highlights

Show & Table Deck Opening: 5:00 PM

Check-In Deadline: The reservation party host must check in by 8 PM. Reservations not checked in by 8:00 PM may be released without refund, unless written and accepted notice ahead of time

Card & ID Required: The cardholder must be present and show the original purchase card + matching government-issued photo ID at entry.

If the card or ID isn’t present, entry will not be allowed. The original charge will be refunded, and a new, in-person payment will be required to enter.

Bags & Outside Items: All bags are subject to inspection by security. No outside food or beverages are permitted.

21+ Only: All guests must present a valid government-issued ID.

Credit Card Statement Descriptor: Charges will appear as “Allure Event Co.” on your statement.

Event Date Access: Entry is valid only for the specific event date your table was purchased for. Wristbands and tickets are non-transferable and cannot be used for alternate event days.

🍾 Beverage Package (What’s Included)

Your reservation includes the allotted number of tickets, and the beverage credit assigned with your reservation

The package price represents your total subtotal spend, tax, gratuity, and service fees are on top at 33.1%

Any additional orders placed during the event are subject to 9.1% tax, 20% gratuity, and a 4% processing fee.

💳 Deposit & Final Payment (If Applicable)

If your table was secured with a deposit:

Deposit Amount: 25% (non-refundable / non-transferable)

Final Payment Due: January 25th, 2026

Missed Deadline: Unpaid reservations will be canceled and the deposit forfeited.

🚫 Cancellations, No-Shows & Chargebacks

All sales are final. Refunds may only be issued at the show’s sole discretion.

Processing fees are non-refundable.

Event products and services are custom-reserved and delivered immediately upon booking; by purchasing, you waive any right to dispute or reverse charges under “non-delivery” or similar claims.

Seeking a chargeback may result in ticket cancellation and refusal of future sales tied to the initiating card.

🏛 Venue Policies

The venue reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the event, reservations, or tickets at its discretion.

Entry may be refused for reasons including but not limited to:

Underage patrons, visible intoxication, or safety concerns;

Failure to comply with dress-code requirements.

A minimum $150 cleaning fee (or greater) may be assessed for any damages or bio-hazards requiring more than routine cleaning.
