A bold indoor/outdoor multi-level rooftop lounge, PHD Terrace is the new sister property to the wildly successful PHD Rooftop Lounge at Dream Downtown. Midtown’s latest hotspot will offer neighbors and visitors alike a wide variety of vibrant experiences from happy hour to a night out on the town. Similar to its downtown outpost, PHD Terrace will be a nightlife destination with rotating DJ’s, weekly parties and exclusive events. 

Come rain or shine, PHD Terrace is intently designed for partygoers to seamlessly flow between the outdoor deck and the indoor lounge. Located on the 15th and 16th floors, PHD Terrace is the ideal after work escape boasting a spectacular skyline view of Midtown Manhattan, home to some of the city’s most iconic buildings.

Inspired by a luxe penthouse, the sophisticated lounge focuses on green, gold and wood tones. Upon entering the space guests will have the option of visiting one of two levels: the lower level a more intimate indoor floor with the upper level being an outdoor rooftop space with impeccable views of Midtown Manhattan and Times Square.
