A booking deposit is applied to your final bill, is required at time of confirmation to hold your reservation. This deposit and agreement may be cancelled within 7 days of booking date at which time your booking deposit will be refunded. If cancellation is beyond the 7 day grace period, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. For cancellations less than 72 hours prior to the reservation, cost for all items and food will be charged against your deposit. If cost of said items exceeds your deposit, you will be billed for the additional cost. If the costs have not been paid within 10 days of cancellation, we will charge the balance to the credit card number listed on the credit card authorization form. Guaranteed number of guests is required 14 days prior to your function, and food & beverage packages cannot be reduced less than 14 days prior to your function. You are responsible for confirmation of guest count. If no confirmation is received, costs will be based on number of guests listed on estimated guest count. You will be charged based on this number.

Decisions made during the function can affect this cost. You will receive a bill at the end of your event, which is due at that time. Payment may be made by cash, company check, or credit card.

We accept MasterCard, AMEX, Visa, & Discover. Regardless of method of final payment, a credit card must be supplied. A service charge of 25% is charged on all food and beverage packages and any additions/extensions made to, also. *There is a 4% fee when paying with a credit/debit card.

You will still have the option to pay by check or cash without any additional fee. If paying with credit/debit card please let us know so we can update the quote to reflect that fee.* Event hosts may not charge an event fee on Wasted Grain premises without receiving prior written consent from Wasted Grain Management. Use of the Wasted Grain name and/or image for the promotion of your event must have prior written consent from Management. Any damage to the facility/ equipment during an event will be billed to the client at the cost of repair or replacement
