Clarendon Ballroom is a strict 21+ venue
Reservation Party Host must check in by 11:30pm. Failure to do so will result in reservation being released.
Cancellations must be submitted 24 hours prior to reservation date in order to receive deposit refund minus website processing fees.
Reservations require one form of payment only.
Paying member of the reservation agrees to not challenge the charges on the final amount due to the venue.
Binding 20% gratuity will be assessed to final total check amount. Any additional gratuities/ tips are discretionary.
All comped/discounted bottles, beverages, packages, retail or other items are still assessed the 20% service charge at full value.
Per Virginia law, all alcohol sold via bottle service must be served by a venue staff member. Any attempt by the guest to pour their own drink or tamper with bottle locks or cages at the table will result in confiscation of the purchased bottle. The purchased bottle will then be kept behind the bar and served on an as needed basis. A second offense will result in immediate removal from the venue with no refund. The binding 20% service charge will still be enforced at full bottle package price.
Management at its sole discretion, may assess an additional cleaning fee in the minimum amount of $150 or more for any damage that may occur to any furnishings, surfaces or flooring within the venue caused by bio-hazards or other, which may require more than routine cleaning.
Management reserves the right, including without limitation, to deny entry to any guest if guest is suspected to be overly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
Management reserves the right including without limitation, to deny service of alcohol to anyone in the party for any reason.
Management reserves the right including without limitation to escort any member of a reservation's party out of the venue if guest is causing a disturbance of any kind.
Management reserves the right, including without limitation, to cancel, suspend, or modify the event, reservation or ticket at its sole discretion.
Any Disregard or violation of the above terms and conditions will automatically void reservation(s)/ticket(s) purchased and all costs incurred by guest will be non-refundable.
