REFUND, CANCELLATION & CHARGEBACK POLICY

All payments are strictly non-refundable at signing. By completing this purchase, the cardholder expressly agrees to these terms.

1.⁠ ⁠Minimum Spend Requirements

All table reservations require fulfillment of the specified Minimum Spend noted as the “Price” of the booked reservation. The Minimum Spend does not include applicable taxes, administrative fees, or staff gratuity.

Actual spend may exceed the Minimum Spend. Any overages must be paid onsite on the reservation date.

2.⁠ ⁠Cardholder Verification

The same physical credit card used for the purchase, along with matching government-issued photo ID, must be presented by the cardholder at check-in.

If the cardholder, the physical card, or matching ID are not present, entry will be denied without refund.

3.⁠ ⁠No Refunds, No Exchanges

All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

•⁠ ⁠Cancellation by guest

•⁠ ⁠Dissatisfaction with seating, weather conditions, or personal schedule conflicts

Guest acknowledges that Reservation includes entry for the number of guests specified for the table booked. Table service and beverages are provided up to the value of the Minimum Spend chosen by the guest.

4.⁠ ⁠Chargeback Prevention

By completing this purchase, the cardholder agrees not to initiate a chargeback for any reason.

Attempted chargebacks for services already contracted may result in:

•⁠ ⁠Immediate cancellation of the reservation

•⁠ ⁠Denial of entry

•⁠ ⁠Permanent refusal of future bookings linked to the card used

•⁠ ⁠Submission of all signed terms, ID match, and event-entry logs to the issuing bank to contest the chargeback

5.⁠ ⁠Entry & Conduct

All reservations remain subject to the discretion of venue management and door hosts. Entry may be refused for reasons including but not limited to:

•⁠ ⁠Underage guests

•⁠ ⁠Visible intoxication

•⁠ ⁠Safety concerns

•⁠ ⁠Disorderly conduct

All guests must be of legal age and present valid government-issued ID.

6.⁠ ⁠Security & Personal Items

All bags are subject to security inspection.

No outside food or beverages are permitted.

7.⁠ ⁠Check-In Requirements

At check-in, the guest must present:

•⁠ ⁠The same government-issued ID used at purchase

•⁠ ⁠The same physical credit card used at purchase

If these are not provided, entry will be denied with no refund.
