Reservation Party Hosts and guests must be 21 years of age and over

All Reservations guests must present a valid ID to be allowed into the venue and the ID presented MUST be one of the acceptable forms of ID stated by ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF LIQUOR LICENSES AND CONTROL

Any guest that reserves a bottle service table with our bottle service staff for tonight’s club night. A pre-authorization charge of $450 will be applied on the credit card associated with your booking. Please be aware that this amount will be held temporarily for the duration of your table service, and any additional charges incurred during your visit will be processed accordingly.

We advise the reservation party to check in by 10:30 PM

Binding 20% Grautiy charge will be assessed to the final total check amount. Any additional gratuities/ tips are discretionary.

All Comped/discounted bottles, beverages, packages, retail, or other items are still assessed the 20% service charge at full value.

Management at its sole discretion, may assess an additional fee in the minimum amount of $150 or more for any damage that may occur to any furnishings, DJ equipment, or items under the ownership of Varsity.

Management reserves the right, including without limitation, to cancel, suspend, or modify the event, reservation, or ticket at its sole discretion.

Any Disregard or violation of the above terms and conditions will automatically void reservation(s)/ticket(s) purchased and all costs incurred by the guest will be non-refundable.

All guests of a Bottle Service Table reservation are liable for any costs or charges if the reservation host can’t pay or close out their tab.
